What complaints can be submitted to the Ombudsman?

The Ombudsman is competent in all matters relating to statutory pensions for salaried persons, civil servants and the self-employed.

Complaints can be about maladministration or the quality of the services offered by pension offices.

Complaints about the entitlement, the determination of pension rights, calculation of pension amounts and the payment of pensions are also investigated.
